At Walton Oak, every child is valued and every achievement celebrated, instilling a sense of pride in our pupils and ensuring that hard work is a feature of our learning community.

Our pupils regularly receive green points for good work and good behaviour and these are collated weekly within the class and if the agreed total has been met, on a Friday the class will receive some reward time.  Pupils also challenge themselves with their learning in order to receive a gold leaf.  Gold leaves are placed on the golden tree in the school reception and their names  published in our school newsletter.
